What to enter
Field Type Description Example Item Name display Name of the inventory item — Current Stock display Current available quantity — Minimum Threshold display Configured minimum stock level — Status display Critical / Low Stock / Normal — Shortage display Amount needed to reach threshold — Tips- Critical status means stock is ≤50% of threshold
- Low Stock means stock is ≤ threshold
- Sort by status to prioritize
